The mission of the Helpline is to provide quality and easily accessible assistance to children, students and anyone acting in their best interests. The Helpline assists with challenging life situations as well as everyday concerns and problems. It provides crisis intervention and counseling to clients across the country via phone, chat and email.
Linka bezpečí, z.s. is accredited within the system of social and legal protection of children in the Czech Republic and is a member of the worldwide association of child helplines Child Helpline International (CHI). To fulfill our mission we provide social crisis assistance services.
The organization aims to specialize in providing crisis assistance and basic social counseling free of charge to all individuals who care for children. Regardless of whether they are parents, grandparents or educators. The project focuses on the challenges and difficulties associated with the important role in a child's life. In addition to crisis assistance, it also focuses on basic social counselling. It provides information and tools to help better understand the child's needs and development, establish healthy relationships and build a positive environment in which the child can develop.
